About

Well,to say we 100% knew exactly what we were doing would be absolutely not true. Studying to be teachers at csu Wagga Wagga we fell in love with the children’s literature world and have decided to explore what its all about. The great thing is, is that as we go along and inform all you out there we ourselves learn about it all. Hopefully it’ll interest a few of the trillions of people using the internet.

A big thank you needs to go out to Scholastic and Walker Books Education who have been super supportive and provided us with wonderful books to review. As well as Mark Macleod who has been beyond encouraging.

Peace, Love and Happiness,
The WaggaBloggas

When we started this years ago we were driven by passion. We wanted to read all we could, and process how we felt about it. This blog allowed many students to both post reviews, developing their writing skills, and read many great books which are on the market today for children.

2017 will hopefully bring with it a new begging for this blog, and the opportunity for new students to engage in the world of children’s literature.

  1. Hi guys,
I too study at CSU, in Albury. I’m doing Bach of Ed K-12, and am in my 4th year with English as my major. I’m currently doing LIT324 (Australian Children’s Literature) and Mark Macleod has referred me to you guys. He suggested that you might be looking for people to review books for you? Anyway I’m willing to get involved in whatever capacity you’d like, I am loving this blog and think it’s incredible what you’re doing here! Well done! 🙂 Regards, Jess
