This weekend at the writers festival has been utterly amazing.
I heard about ‘What Women Want’ and a small snippet on ‘Women shaping Social Media’ as well as meeting Michael Chamberlain.
Sitting in on the session ‘Happily ever after – Life as a refugee in Australia’ was one of those moments that changed my life.
Hearing Kooshyar Karimi, Jerome Rugaruza and Ibthihal Samarayi speak of the amazing journeys they have been through in order to get to the point they are at today was breathe taking.
If you want to hear more about these refugees and the refugee debate please jump over to my other blog and read about it by clicking here.
