“Just Joking” is perfect for a laugh! It provides hours of entertainment for the whole family; containing over three-hundred jokes from knock, knock to riddles to Q&A and many more as well as eight fun activities including a fill-in the-blank, maze, crossword, pick-a-path and crack-the-code for the kids to enjoy.

Unlike most joke books the layout for “Just Joking” is fun and exciting! You’re always left wondering what’s to come on the next page. Each page holds numerous cartoon pictures that assist with telling the jokes and add yet another layer of humour. But it’s the font and way the jokes are presented that is most impressive. Nearly every joke is written in a different size and font; for some you have to turn the page to its side or upside down to read, others are even written in a spiral creating a more interactive form of storytelling.

I read these jokes to my three cousins aged four, six and seven and they were left in fits of laughter. The eldest one even shared the jokes with her teacher at school. I have to admit though, these jokes aren’t just for the kids to enjoy many of them are very clever and witty that I was even genuinely laughing.
